SWARNAKANA INTER-SCHOOL MERIT TEST

2019-20 on 18th August at Madhyamgram High School, Madhyamgram where over 800 students from different schools appeared for the examination. The exam went in a wonderful manner and the students came out of the hall with a big smile on their faces. They were served with some refreshments by the club after the examination.
On earth there is no purifier as great as knowledge. Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire. There is no second opinion about the crucial role that education plays in shaping an individual’s personality. Keeping that in mind *Rotary Club of Madhyamgram Metropolitan* along with Rotaract Club of Barasat Central & Rotaract Club of Dumdum Metropolitan had organised this test where the students got Scholarships based on their performance. The event concluded with a lunch sponsored by Rotary Club of Madhyamgram Metropolitan.

HELP THEM IN LOCKDOWN

At Park Circus area on 8th April, 2020 where we will distribute Rations to 11 families who hardly get any food in this situation. We are the one who have to stand beside them and help them to find their way to get a proper meal. Rotaract Club of Barasat Central will not let them sleep empty stomach. The food which will be provided to them includes Rice, Pulses, Egg, Oil. We hope this eill help them in this condition.
